I've always been curious about people—what drives them, how they make decisions, and the way they connect with each other. That curiosity led me to study Psychology, where I discovered just how much human behavior shapes both personal growth and workplace success.

During my internships, I worked with people from all walks of life—children, teens, and adults—and saw how early experiences influence future behavior. It showed me the power of empathy, patience, and thoughtful support. That's when it clicked: I wanted to create environments where people feel understood, valued, and able to thrive.

My journey began not with a career plan, but with a question about why we connect... and this realization drew me to Human Resources. It felt like the perfect space to bring everything I'd learned to life—supporting people, fostering growth, and helping organizations build stronger, more human workplaces.

What excites me most about HR is the chance to make a real impact on people's lives. I'm driven by the belief that when people feel seen and supported, they do their best work. For me, HR isn't just a career; it's a way to make work more human.

With a background in public speaking and debate, I've learned how to connect with different perspectives and have thoughtful, honest conversations—skills I now use every day in HR.
